AVF Online Help Desk
Need help with a product question or issue? To expedite support and enhance communications between our clients and Customer Care Consultants, AVF utilizes an online Help Desk. The Help desk is designed to allow clients to submit support requests, monitor the status of support issues, and view the support history of all users within the client organization. Additionally, the Help Desk enables users to:
- Subscribe to a ticket to monitor its progress, even if they are not the ticket owner – users will receive e-mail alerts when the ticket changes.
- Attach important support files to tickets.
- View ticket history or attach a ticket to an email or document.
- Receive ticket reminder e-mails after a certain period of inactivity.
Our Customer Care Team is available to answer questions regarding your system Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm via the Help Desk or via phone. Along with the Online Help Desk, AVF clients have 24/7 access to our Knowledgebase, which allows you to browse FAQs and also contains a catalog of previously-asked questions by members of your team.
