Big B World Chooses LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics NAV as their Retail Management Software

AVF Consulting to Implement POS and Retail Accounting Software for Big B World

Baltimore, MD – August 5, 2009 – Big B World, a retail distributor specializing in video games, selected AVF Consulting to implement LS Retail for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. LS Retail is a retail management and point of sale (POS) solution built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

With seven stores throughout New York City and New Jersey and plans to grow, Big B World needed retail management software that provided them with a dashboard view of store operations from headquarters. Their old basic accounting software and separate point of sale systems were inefficient and did not give Big B World executives the data they needed to make informed business decisions.

"We plan to add at least two stores per year and our old systems were not equipped for a growing retailer," said Bumsung Han, president of Big B World. "We needed a system that gave us instant access to each store's sales and inventory information. At this point in our growth, we were ready to make an investment in technology that would give us a strong ROI."
