Serenic DonorVision is the fundraising and development component of the Serenic Software suite.

Serenic DonorVision is fully integrated with all other areas of the Serenic system including Serenic Navigator financial management. This allows development staff to make contribution entries that flow immediately and accurately into the accounting system, eliminating duplicate entry and ensuring correlation between accounting and development data.

DonorVision tracks a wealth of donor and constituent information including address and communication information, education and employment information, history of interactions and contributions, affiliations and relationships to other donors and constituents, and even document and picture attachments. DonorVision includes a comprehensive fundraising, development, and constituent management feature set.

With DonorVision you can track communications to and from donors and other constituents, plan and execute campaigns and appeals, track  to-do's and activities, and schedule tasks. An interaction history automatically logs each communication, including detailed notes.

Because DonorVision is built on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform, it fully leverages Microsoft Office via direct integration with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Calendars, tasks, letters, and mail activities can be automatically synchronized with Microsoft Office.
