Spellchecker for Navision AVF has created “Spellchecker for Navision” which allows you to spell check text in any field. This tool is particularly useful when creating internal and external reports from Navision, since even a small spelling error can reduce your credibility and distract your audience. Use Spellchecker for Navision for: · Detailed sales invoices · Management reports · Custom documents for clients · Extended text on sales and purchase documents · Large custom comment fields or any text field To check your spelling, simply click the red checkmark at the bottom of the comment field or next to the text field. A dialogue box will appear showing all of the spellings in question, and by clicking the arrow at the far right of each word, you can view a suggestion list of correctly spelled words. It’s that easy!
Spellchecker for Navision works for versions 3.60 and up with a starting price of $495. AVF can apply Spellchecker to any text field or fields where you want the ability to spell check your work. Additional requirements: Must have Microsoft Word and Microsoft Windows XP. Contact Jeremy Fass or your consultant for more information: 410-296-5100. | |
