AVF Welcomes New Employees,
Walt Mason and Silvia Dones:
Walt joins AVF's development department with over three years Navision
development experience and is a Certified Navision Developer. Walt
specializes in inventory control, bar coding and reporting systems.
Silvia joins AVF as Administrative Assistant. Formerly with FLS
Automation, Silvia has experience as a Navision user and is a seasoned

30 Day Warranty on All Development Work Performed by AVF: AVF stands by its work and guarantees all development work for 30 calendar days from the completion date. You have those 30 days to test the work and let us know if it has any problems or did not meet your specifications. If we have not heard from you within 30 days of the development project completion, AVF considers the work satisfactory.
Date Filters
Have you noticed that the date filters on your reports or bank reconciliation are not working properly?
If you are using the interval filter (..)
or the period filters (p1, p2, p3, etc.) and Navision is not returning to
correct data, it may be due to your accounting periods. Double check if
you have created your new 2005 accounting period. This is found under the
General Ledger module, general ledger periodic activities, fiscal year,
accounting periods. If your 2005 accounting period is not shown, simply
click the Create Year
button.
Then specify the start date of your accounting period, the number of periods, and the period length. Finally, click the OK button to create your new accounting year. Navision will now be able to properly retrieve your dates.
