AVF Growth Prompts New Hires and New Procedures

In 2004, AVF Consulting saw revenue growth of 26% and added 13 new Navision customers as well as several new employees.  With nearly 100 active Navision customers and hundreds of Navision users, AVF receives an average of 50 support requests in a typical week.  We introduced the online HelpDesk (www.avfconsulting.com/helpdesk) in July 2004 to provide faster answers and to allow our customers to track the status of their support issues.

We have also hired a full-time Navision Support Specialist to service our customers Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.  Lottie Gruzs joined AVF from L&M Produce, where she used Navision on a daily basis to perform accounts payable and inventory.  Lottie will manage AVF’s online helpdesk and service support calls to assist trained users who are having difficulty performing their normal job functions.

In the coming weeks, we will send out more information regarding our new procedures as well as details for using the helpdesk.  AVF’s online Help Desk (www.avfconsulting.com/helpdesk) enables you to:

      Log your support requests

      Monitor which AVF support staff person is assigned to your request

      Monitor the progress of your request

      Receive an estimate of time for a solution

      View the Documented Log of Assistance Requests and Solutions

      Manage user access

      Receive prioritized support

AVF Welcomes New Employee:  Lottie Gruzs joined AVF's support department in January, bringing AVF to 20 employees.  Lottie served lengthy tenures with both L&M Produce and The Maryland Food Center Authority where she worked in the accounting and administration departments.  She has over 12 years accounting experience and gained substantial knowledge of Navision while at L&M Produce.

30 Day Warranty on All Development Work Performed by AVF:  AVF stands by its work and guarantees all development work for 30 calendar days from the completion date.  You have those 30 days to test the work and let us know if it has any problems or did not meet your specifications.  If we have not heard from you within 30 days of the development project completion, AVF considers the work satisfactory.
