Microsoft Awards AVF with the
ISV/Software
Solutions Competency
AVF was awarded the ISV/Software Solutions Competency after developing PDF Pro for Microsoft Navision. This competency is important to AVF customers because it conveys the expertise and deep understanding that AVF has of Navision and the functions it provides for users. With this recognition from Microsoft, AVF customers can be assured the programs we produce are reviewed and thoroughly tested to perform the way they were designed. AVF is committed to producing only the best and most useful software solutions.
“Solutions Competencies are an important way for Microsoft to better enable ISVs to meet customer needs,” said Sanjay Parthasarathy, corporate vice president of the Platform Strategy & Partner Group at Microsoft. “They allow ISVs to keep and win customers with their deep knowledge of solutions-based Microsoft platform technologies.”
PDF Pro instantly converts any Navision invoice, quote, return order, report or document into a PDF for email distribution. PDF Pro expedites the delivery of important information to clients and prospects, reduces unnecessary paper and postage costs and allows users to save Navision documents as PDFs for electronic file storage.
To obtain the ISV/Software Solutions Competency, AVF demonstrated a solid record of successfully developing and marketing packaged software based on Microsoft technologies. This competency recognizes the skill and focus that AVF brings to Microsoft's solution set.

Business Solutions-Navision to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. You may have
already seen this change in Microsoft's advertising. For details,

30 Day Warranty on All Development Work Performed by AVF: AVF stands by its work and guarantees all development work for 30 calendar days from the completion date. You have those 30 days to test the work and let us know if it has any problems or did not meet your specifications. If we have not heard from you within 30 days of the development project completion, AVF considers the work satisfactory.

Non-Profit TV
Non-Profit TV is a new online television network designed specifically
to address the special needs of Non-Profit organizations. The website
gives Non-Profit organizations access to resources that will help them
to more efficiently and effectively pursue their mission.
The website offers several television programs that can be viewed right from your computer screen. The shows are centered on the knowledge and experience of top leaders in the Non-Profit field. These leaders share their real world experience by providing guidance and suggestions that any Non-Profit would benefit from.
Since Non-Profit TV is a web based program, it allows for the direct connection of industry experts and Non-Profit organizations. Through their “Ask the Expert” feature, Non-Profits are able to get answers to their toughest questions, from people who know their unique industry best.
Non-Profit TV also puts its viewers in contact with solutions experts who are knowledgeable of the specific needs Non-Profits may have.

Copying the Card Window
This function is useful if you are entering multiple cards with similar information, such as item cards.
- Find the item card you want to copy
- From the Menu Toolbar, choose “Edit” then “Select” (If your fields do not highlight after you choose “Select”, press escape and try again)
- From the Menu Toolbar, choose “Edit” then “Copy
- Hit the “F3” key to insert a new card
- Right click your mouse and choose “Paste”
- Disregard both warning prompts and click “OK”
- Change the item card number to the new individual number
Your item card has now been successfully copied!
