AVF Consulting Adds Two New Hires

BALTIMORE, MD (5/15/12) --- AVF Consulting, Inc., a leading Baltimore-based Microsoft Silver ERP partner offering financial management software to nonprofit organizations, has hired two employees in key roles to support its growth in serving nonprofits.

Amit Trasi, who previously served as Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst with The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, was named Project Manager at AVF. In that position, he will institute and manage internal processes for planning and resource scheduling for new engagements, system upgrades, and other client support.

Joy Ash joins AVF as a NAV Implementation Consultant with over 12 years of nonprofit accounting and implementation experience. She will work directly with clients to manage overall implementation engagements using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Serenic Navigator.

Ash is a former independent consultant, assisting with ERP implementations involving PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics SL, and GP. Prior to that, she was Assistant Director, Finance at SEIU, where she also handled project management and worked directly with AVF on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
