| Be on the lookout for CCP renewal documentation if your CCP is about to expire. Staying current with CCP is important to continue to maintain complete access to all the training and support services AVF Consulting offers. When your agreement is close to expiring, we will notify you by email and provide you with the appropriate documentation for renewing. Customers must renew their CCP agreement each year to remain with the program. To renew CCP, complete the required documentation and send them back with full payment before your agreement expires. Also, be sure to check your spam filter settings to ensure our emails are reaching you. On occasion, our emails have been unable to make it to their intended recipients because of spam filter settings. If you have any questions about your CCP status, please contact Lori Ricard at lricard@avfconsulting.com. |

Helpdesk and Year End Procedure Reminder
|
We wanted to take the time to remind customers to be proactive with W-2 or 1099 amount tie-out and confirmation. Many customers are going through this process at the same time, so to ensure we can help you through the process and make it as painless as possible, we recommend beginning the process as soon as possible. We also want to stress the importance of using the Helpdesk to submit you support issues. Using the Helpdesk will ensure your concerns are addressed as soon as possible by one of our Customer Care representatives. This is especially true during the holiday season, when representatives have adjusted schedules and vacation. |

AVF Consulting Named A Technology Pacesetter for 2008
| AVF Consulting is pleased to announce that we have been selected as a Technology Pacesetter for 2008 by Accounting Technology Magazine. The magazine gives this annual award to 100 organizations that market financial midmarket applications. "Pacesetters are selected for a wide range of criteria, such as substantial growth, their leaderships' influence and involvement in the accounting software community, and recognition from the companies whose software they market," said Robert Scott, editor of Accounting Technology. "All of these factors help us recognize quality businesses, regardless of size." Most companies in the accounting software channel market a wide range of technology software and services. However, financial software remains the focus of their operations. The names of all 100 organizations were published in the December 2008 issue of Accounting Technology and can be accessed at the Accounting Technology website. Thumbnail sketches of the 100 winners are being made available on the Web site only. The complete list can be accessed here. |
