AVF CONSULTING NAMES GRIMES MANAGER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

BALTIMORE, MD (8/9/12) -- AVF Consulting, a Baltimore-based Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning Partner providing financial management software sales and services to nonprofit organizations, has named Brian Grimes Manager of Customer Service.

AVF Consulting implements Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Serenic Navigator financial management solutions for medium and large nonprofits, including the American Psychological Association, Catholic Charities USA, Habitat for Humanity, and SEIU.

AVF’s goal is to provide clients with excellent systems designed to address the specific accounting and management needs of nonprofits, as well as uphold its reputation for exceptional customer service and support.

Grimes’ extensive experience and knowledge led AVF to select him to be Manager of Customer Service. He comes to AVF from the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), one of the largest outsourcing IT and professional services companies in the world. There, he initially served as Help Desk Manager, then as CSC’s Senior Project Manager. Prior to his tenure with CSC, Grimes served as Manager of US IT Field Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
